Event Terms Agreement for "Carnival Noir"

By purchasing a ticket for "Carnival Noir", you ("the Attendee") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Age Restriction: Attendees must be 19 years of age or older. By purchasing a ticket, you attest that you, and anyone for whom you purchase a ticket, are at least 19 years of age. Valid photo ID may be required for entry.
2. Refunds & Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges, except as provided in Clause 8.
3. Photography & Recording: Photography, video recording, or any form of electronic recording is strictly prohibited inside the venue, with the exception of designated areas clearly marked for such purposes. Unauthorized recordings may result in removal from the event and potential legal action.
4. Outside Food & Drink: No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the venue. Attendees found in possession of such items may be asked to discard them or may be removed from the event.
5. Weapons: No weapons of any kind, including but not limited to knives, firearms, or any object deemed potentially harmful, are allowed inside the venue. Security personnel will be conducting checks, and anyone found in possession of prohibited items will be denied entry or removed from the event without a refund.
6. Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner at all times. Disorderly conduct, harassment, or any behavior deemed inappropriate or dangerous will result in removal from the event.
7. Liability: Attendees assume all risks incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. The event organizers, venue, promoters, sponsors, and their respective agents and representatives are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage of property belonging to any guest, nor are they responsible for any losses associated with the event's cancellation.
8. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will be refunded the ticket price, less any service, convenience, online ordering, or any other applicable fees.
9. Privacy: By purchasing a ticket, Attendees consent to the collection and use of their personal data by the event organizers for the purposes of event administration and potential future promotions or communications. This can include SMS messages, emails, and physical mailers. Attendees' information will be treated in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.
10. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario.

By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions. Violation of any of the aforementioned terms may result in removal from the event and forfeiture of the ticket fee.
